Job summary

Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport, part of LGH Hotels Management, is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our on-site team. You will lead the restaurant and bar operation, ensure service excellence, and support the team to maintain presentation standards.

Working closely with the F&B Manager, you will set expectations, delegate tasks, and step in during busy service to deliver memorable guest experiences and drive positive revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food & beverage supervisory or senior team member role.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to lead by example and deputise in busy service periods.
• Commitment to high standards of presentation and service.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the F&B operation.
• Lead the service team during peak periods.
• Ensure high standards of presentation and guest care.
• Collaborate with F&B Manager to drive revenue via great service.
