Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop our restaurant and bar outlets in a busy hospitality setting. You will drive exceptional service, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performing team across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of hygiene, food safety and health regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the performance of all food and beverage outlets.
• Recruit, train and manage the F&B team to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage department budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
• Oversee inventory and stock control to minimize waste.
