Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant F&B Manager to drive outstanding service across our hotel outlets. You will coach and lead the F&B team, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and build strong guest relationships to enhance experiences.

In this role you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to embrace change, juggle both restaurant and bar responsibilities, and keep stock and labour within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and training a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with guest focus.
• Self-motivated, confident and hard-working, with a FUN attitude.
• Ability to use technology to streamline operations and guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Support provision of outstanding food & beverage service.
• Ensure guest safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Coach, mentor and lead the F&B team to deliver outstanding service.
• Engage with guests to offer suggestions to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to embrace change and improve guest experience.
• Manage both bar and restaurant operations effectively.
• Control stock and labour margins against the P&L.
• Shortlisted candidates may have a 15-minute phone chat; successful candidates will meet the General Manager for detail discussions.
• Attractively reward guests with excellent service.
