Haulfryn Ltd. is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager for The Warren Holiday Resort in Abersoch. This hands-on role demands strong leadership, superb service delivery, and oversight of food preparation, presentation and operations to maintain exceptional quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a food and beverage leadership role.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent cooking knowledge and understanding of kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food operations, ensuring top-quality presentation and service.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire chefs and team members to deliver consistently high standards.
• Support menu creation and development to ensure variety, creativity, and profitability.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost controls effectively.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
• Foster a positive and professional working culture that supports and develops your team.
• Balance operational involvement with administrative and compliance responsibilities.
• Deputise for the Head of Food & Beverage when required.
