Job summary

Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead floor operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the team to uphold brand standards and maximise revenues across the restaurant, bar and conference & events areas.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for guest service, and strong management of F&B operations in a 4-star hotel setting. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality.
• Experience in busy meetings, events, banqueting and weddings.
• Restaurant and bar management experience.
• People management experience.
• Knowledge of wines and spirits.

Responsibilities

• You will be hands on, working on the floor together with your team, leading by example ensuring brand standards are adhered to, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity.
• Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager across the F&B operation which will include the restaurant, bar and conference & events areas.
