Job summary

The Lensbury is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets and lead the team to deliver outstanding service. You will ensure cleanliness, stock readiness, and adherence to standards while supporting menu promotions and events that enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, hotel or members' club setting preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards and cost control.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets.
• Provide leadership to the F&B team, ensuring motivation and training.
• Oversee setup and preparation of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels.
• Monitor service standards and address issues promptly to maintain quality.
• Assist in menu development, promotions and events to drive revenue.
• Maintain inventory and control costs through waste minimisation and stock rotation.
• Ensure health and safety, hygiene standards and licensing compliance.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Membership and Front Office for seamless service.
