Job summary

Accor is seeking a Hotel F&B Supervisor in London to oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant and bar services, room service and banquets. The role supports the F&B Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure guest satisfaction, efficiency, health and safety compliance, and achievement of financial targets.

You will manage service quality, lead a team, and supervise staff across shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operation of all food and beverage outlets.
• Supervise and support food and beverage team members.
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
• Support banquet and special event operations.
• Prepare operational reports and perform manager duties in absence of the F&B Manager.
