Forbes of Kingennie – a stunning resort destination near Dundee, is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead our busy Bar, Restaurant and Events teams. You will work with the F&B Manager and Deputy to ensure smooth shifts and outstanding service.

The role requires supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, budget awareness and a hands-on approach to problem solving in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/managerial experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.
• Knowledge of budget management and cost control.
• Excellent organizational skills and prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team to high service standards.
• Support daily operations and shift management with the F&B Manager.
• Maintain exceptional guest experiences across Bar, Restaurant and Events.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
• Assist with budget management and cost control.
• Hands-on approach to resolving issues and upholding standards.
