Job summary

Purely Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for a Malmesbury-based operation. This hands-on leadership role oversees service, bookings, and coordinating restaurant, bar and kitchen to deliver warm hospitality.

You will lead from the floor, develop a team, manage revenue, labour, stock and compliance, and ensure food safety and licensing standards are met while maintaining guest focus.

Responsibilities

• You'll manage the pace and flow of service, oversee bookings and table plans, maintain high standards and ensure seamless communication between the restaurant, bar and kitchen.
• You'll recruit, train and develop a confident team, setting clear expectations, recognising great performance and nurturing future leaders.
• With a strong interest in food and drink, you'll build product knowledge across the team and encourage knowledgeable recommendations.
• You'll also take responsibility for commercial performance, including revenue, labour, rotas, average spend, stock and waste, balancing business performance with guest experience.
• Above all, you'll lead with warmth, energy and personality, creating a team and environment where people take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.
