The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an ambitious hospitality professional with previous management experience within a hotel or high-volume food and beverage environment.

You will:

• Have proven experience managing a food and beverage operation
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
• Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills
• Be commercially aware with experience managing budgets and costs
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Be committed to developing and motivating your team

This position would suit an existing F&B Manager or a strong Assistant F&B Manager looking to step into their first departmental leadership role.
