Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a premier hotel in London to recruit an experienced F&B Manager. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast, room service, and events, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction.

You will shape the guest experience with a hands-on leadership style, develop your team, monitor KPIs, and work closely with senior management to maintain high standards and drive profitability in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate

This position would suit an existing F&B Manager or a strong Assistant F&B Manager looking to step into their first departmental leadership role.
