Recently awarded Aberdeen City & Shire Hospitality Employer of the Year, as well as 2 Michelin Keys, and rated number 1 by Conde Naste Readers Choice, The Fife Arms Hotel, located in the village of Braemar in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, has an exciting opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team in the Clunie Dining Room as F&B Host.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a similar level of experience and a passion for excellent service as well as a desire to develop your skills whilst under the mentorship of our Restaurant Manager.

As F&B Host, you will be responsible for:

• Hosting guests and making menu recommendations.
• The smooth and efficient running of service.
• Ensuring the restaurant is clean and presentable.
• Taking orders and delivering service as per SOPs.
• Continually striving towards achievement and improvement.

Our successful F&B Host will have:

• Proven experience from within a similar luxury/5-star hospitality environment.
• The enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
• A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
