A Morning in the Life of a Breakfast Host/F&B Team Member at Our Hotel

• As our Breakfast Host, you will ensure a positive and efficient breakfast experience for our guests, welcoming them warmly and creating a positive start to their day.
• You will greet guests, maintain the breakfast area, replenish food and beverages, and provide attentive service.
• Set up the breakfast buffet and dining area to ensure a fresh, inviting presentation and seamless guest experience.
• Clear tables efficiently, resetting them promptly for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all breakfast areas, from the buffet to guest tables.
• Assist with kitchen prep and basic food handling tasks to support a smooth breakfast service.
• Be available to answer guest questions and provide local knowledge and recommendations.

What We Need From You

• A friendly, approachable attitude and a passion for making mornings special for guests.
• Great attention to detail to keep the breakfast area and buffet looking fresh, organized, and appetizing.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important.
• Strong time management skills to manage set-up, service, and clean-up efficiently during busy morning shifts.
• A team-oriented mindset, ready to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to handle early shifts and adapt to guest needs.
• High standards of cleanliness and hygiene to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
