Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a confident Runner to support smooth service between the kitchen and floor in our London venues. You will deliver food and beverages promptly, keep work areas clean, and assist waiting staff to ensure a superior member experience.

With 2–3 years in a high-end dining environment and strong knowledge of wine and F&B, you will join a team that values excellent communication, teamwork and a hands-on approach. Training and staff perks are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach.
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanour.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Bring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to members' tables.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
• Provide service to and be accountable for an assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
• Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service.
• Preparing any additions to tables in advance (condiments, etc).
• Perform opening and closing procedures including setup/breakdown of stations.
• Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn menu changes and tastings.
