Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Runner to support seamless service between kitchen and front-of-house. You will deliver food and drinks to members, maintain cleanliness and assist staff to ensure a superior dining experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in high-end dining, strong knowledge of food & beverages including wine service, and excellent teamwork and communication skills. POS familiarity is a plus, with a Monday–Sunday shift pattern typical for roles in hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks from kitchen/bar to members’ tables.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
• Be accountable for an assigned section and develop relationships with members.
• Polish cutlery and prepare table additions in advance.
• Assist opening/closing procedures and station setup/breakdown.
• Attend regular meetings with FOH/B OH teams for menu changes and tastings.
