Job summary

Dalhousie Castle is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead across all outlets, ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience and maintaining high service standards. You will be a visible, hands-on leader within the F&B leadership team.

Join six months after refurbishment; help shape future concepts, standards and the development of our people. You will work closely with the hotel team to deliver a seamless guest journey and build a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in busy Food & Beverage environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and high attention to detail.
• Flexible to work across multiple F&B outlets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the F&B team across all outlets, maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure smooth operation during shifts and cover for gaps.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members.
• Create a positive, supportive working environment.
• Help establish standards in the refurbished operation.
• Contribute ideas to develop F&B concepts and guest offering.
• Work with hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve service and processes.
• Lead by example and be ready to get involved.
