Job summary

The Fairmont Hamilton Princess invites a detail-oriented Food and Beverage Controller to join our luxury resort team in Bermuda. You will oversee inventory controls, pricing, cost allocations and monthly reporting to ensure compliance with Fairmont policies.

With at least 2 years in F&B control and a degree in Accounting, Business or Hospitality, you will partner with the Director of F&B and Purchasing to optimize costs while delivering the high level of service our guests expect.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years F&B Control experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Proven knowledge of standard F&B control policies and procedures is required.
• Proven effective analytical and problem solving skills; able to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, engaging service to support colleagues in Fairmont’s exacting standards.
• Monitor all procedures affecting receipt, distribution, sale and controls of F&B products per policies.
• Coordinate and monitor F&B inventory counts for accuracy and pricing.
• Manage F&B inventory database and up-to-date pricing; manage cost allocation transfer system.
