St Martins Lane by Morgans Original in Covent Garden is seeking a Bartender to craft drinks with flair, connect with guests and set the tone for stylish, social experiences.

You’ll work evenings and weekends in a busy, five-star bar, delivering memorable moments with energy, elegance and expert knowledge of spirits, cocktails and latest trends. A guest-first mindset and top-notch communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a range of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.

Your Role

As a Bartender, you’ll be the storyteller behind the bar—crafting drinks with flair, connecting with guests, and setting the tone for stylish, social experiences. Whether it’s a quiet nightcap or a buzzing Friday night, you’ll bring energy, elegance, and expertise to every shift.
