St Martins Lane Hotel in London is seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. You will lead your section with confidence, deliver dishes to the highest five-star standards, and collaborate with the Head Chef on menu ideas.

Ideal candidates will have prior Chef de Partie experience in a quality hotel or restaurant, a passion for modern, seasonal cooking, and strong knowledge of food safety standards.

Your Role

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality hotel or restaurant environment

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• A positive, professional attitude and strong team ethic
