Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality hotel or restaurant environment.
• A passion for modern food, seasonal produce, and exceptional presentation.
• Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in fast-paced, quality-driven kitchens.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• A positive, professional attitude and strong team ethic.
• The confidence to lead your section while remaining eager to learn and grow.
• A desire to build a long-term career within a luxury hospitality environment.
