The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Sam’s Bar & Kitchen Assistant Manager to lead a busy team and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will work with the Head of Department to deliver operational excellence, plan budgets, and forecast needs while developing a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates will have solid food and beverage leadership experience in a 4-star hotel, a passion for guest service, and a strong track record of driving revenue and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven food and beverage management experience in a 4-star hotel environment.
• Experience in high-volume service across a busy hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise your team to deliver excellent operational standards.
• Manage business planning, budgeting and forecasting for the department.
• Coach and develop junior management to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Review weekly performance and implement improvements across revenue, guest metrics and payroll.
• Ensure stock control and compliance targets are met while driving profitability.
