The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to lead the Ryder Restaurant evening team. You will partner with restaurant managers to maintain exceptional service and operational standards in a high-quality setting, delivering memorable guest experiences.

We offer a base salary of £32,764.94 per year plus service charge, with opportunities for progression and an employee benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven food & beverage leadership in hotels or resorts.
• Experience delivering high-volume guest service.
• Strong coaching and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and act as a role model for your team.
• Oversee Health & Safety compliance.
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues.
• Assist in recruitment and training to company standards.
• Review weekly performance for revenue, guest measures and payroll.
• Identify opportunities to drive profit and guest value.
