Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a PM Manager to lead the Ryder Grill during dinner service, upholding exceptional food and beverage standards and creating memorable guest experiences.

You will inspire and coach the evening team, run day-to-day operations, manage rotas and labour costs, work closely with the kitchen, drive sales through menu knowledge, and embody Belfry values during busy periods.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary and service charge.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or food & beverage management role in a quality hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evening restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of Ryder Grill during dinner service.
• Ensure food and beverage standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
• Manage rotas, labour costs and staffing levels in line with business needs.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and drive service recovery when required.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive sales through menu knowledge and upselling.
