Job summary

Hotel du Vin in Brighton is looking for a front-of-house team member to be the face of the restaurant. The role offers £12.80 per hour + TRONC for 30 hours per week, with a permanent contract and generous benefits.

You will help control seating flow, liaise with the kitchen and management, and deliver a smooth, memorable dining experience for guests. We offer flexible shifts, training opportunities, staff discounts and various wellbeing perks.

Qualifications

• Passion for great customer service and willingness to learn.
• Experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant and help control seating flow with guests.
• Communicate with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure smooth dining experiences.
• Provide warm, efficient service and handle guest needs with professionalism.
• Work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with flexible patterns discussed at interview.
