Job summary

Hotel du Vin is seeking an enthusiastic team member to be the face of our restaurant in Brighton. You will help manage dining flow and communicate with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth guest experience.

This is a permanent role with a pay rate of £12.80 per hour plus TRONC for 30 hours. We offer flexible shift patterns across 7 days, training opportunities, and staff perks including heavily discounted room rates, family rate, dining discounts, and more as part of our hospitality

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
