Job summary

Restaurant (Cheltenham) is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member on a 40 hour contract with full flexibility and weekend availability. You will work across restaurant, bar, and event spaces, ensuring guests receive excellent service and feel well looked after.

Key duties include greeting and serving guests, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness with strong teamwork. Training will be provided, and evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Team Member, (40 Hour Contract, Based on Full Flexibility and Weekends Availability) you’ll be at the heart of our hospitality service. You’ll work across our restaurant, bar, and event space, ensuring guests receive excellent service and feel well looked after.

• Setting up, clearing, and maintaining restaurant and bar areas
• Assisting with hotel events, banquets, and room service where required
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
• Working as part of a team to deliver a seamless guest experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and a great communicator
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent service
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A strong team player with attention to detail
• Previous experience in food & beverage service is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
