Job summary

GSL Education - Leicester is seeking an EYFS Teacher to join our full-time team. You will plan, record, assess and deliver engaging lessons for EYFS pupils, meeting social and learning needs and contributing to a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or equivalent, have at least 1 year of EYFS teaching experience, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, staff and pupils to support progress.

Job description

The Role:

The role is full time, you will be responsible for teaching a class of EYFS pupils, duties will include planning, recording, assessing and delivering. You will need to meet the social and learning needs of pupils.

As a EYFS Teacher with GSL Education, you will:

As the ideal candidate for this role, you should:

• Have QTS or equivalent teaching certification
• Have at least 1 Year Teaching experience in EYFS
• Have great communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to liaise with parents, staff, and students, and maintain a good relationship with all parties
• Be able to develop, plan, and execute a high-quality syllabus for teaching that engages students critically
• Maintain students’ academic records and track their progress on a consistent basis
• Manage high levels of student attainment through strong leadership and supervision
• Monitor, evaluate, and intervene to ensure all students are working towards making expected progress
• Possess the ability to inspire and motivate students to grow and learn
• Be excellent at providing a differentiated learning experience that ensures all students receive the help they require
• Have an updated CV with an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to get one through GSL Education
