Job summary

TeacherActive is supporting a Gloucestershire school to recruit a full-time EYFS Teacher from September until December. You will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SLD and PMLD, creating a positive classroom environment and working with support staff and the wider multidisciplinary team to meet each child's needs.

You will hold QTS with EYFS experience in a SEND setting, demonstrate strong classroom management, and provide references.

Qualifications

• QTS required with EYFS teaching experience.
• Experience supporting children with SLD, PMLD or similar needs.
• Enhanced DBS via Update Service required.
• Ability to provide satisfactory professional references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and differentiated EYFS lessons for pupils with SLD/PMLD.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Work closely with support staff and multidisciplinary teams to meet individual needs.

Job Title: EYFS Teacher

Salary: £145 - £245 per day

Are you a qualified EYFS Teacher with QTS looking for a rewarding role in a specialist SEND setting?

Do you have the patience, resilience and adaptability to support children with SLD and PMLD to achieve their full potential?

The school is looking to appoint a full-time EYFS Teacher from September until December. The successful EYFS Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons for pupils with SLD and PMLD, creating a positive classroom environment while working closely with experienced support staff and the wider multidisciplinary team to meet each child's individual needs.

Qualifications

• QTS

• Experience teaching within EYFS, ideally in a SEND setting

• Experience supporting children with SLD, PMLD or other complex additional needs

• Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt learning to individual needs

• A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

• The ability to provide satisfactory professional references
