Job summary

Innovation Training and Recruitment is seeking an EYFS Teacher for long-term placements across Liverpool schools through our education agency. You will deliver engaging early years lessons, foster a warm, inclusive classroom, and collaborate with support staff to track child development.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment that supports children's development.
  • Support children's personal, social, emotional, physical, and communication development.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress, using observations to inform future planning.
  • Work effectively with teaching assistants, support staff, parents, and other professionals.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and promote children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Differentiate activities to meet the individual needs and abilities of all children.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and contribute to assessments and reports.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies at all times.
  • Build positive relationships with children and provide a warm, nurturing classroom environment.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with colleagues.

Job description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school through our education agency. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality learning experiences for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and academically in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
