You will help customers choose frames, adjust fittings, and support pre-screening eye tests using the latest optical technology.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personalised customer service in retail or care sectors.
• Passion for eyewear and fashion, with comfort using digital tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to listen to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised product advice and service to customers.
• Assist with frame adjustments, fittings and minor repairs.
• Support pre-screening eye tests using optical tech.
• Perform general store admin and in-store support tasks.
