Job summary

CCH Group is seeking a Team Leader for Care By Us in Wolverhampton to oversee care delivery, mentor staff, and drive person-centred plans. Based at Broadway Gardens, Bushbury, this full-time role offers a salary of £24,784.50 per year and a 9am–5pm weekday schedule.

• You need experience in carrying out needs and risk assessments and developing person-centred plans of care delivery for, and in partnership with, individual tenants and their careers.
• Also experience in leading a team including shadowing, supervising, instructing and supporting care workers in the Extra Care scheme.

Salary:£24,784.50

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

If you are passionate about supporting the delivery of the highest quality care support services by carrying out a range of functions, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers then we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications
