Job summary

Care By Us in Hertford is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services in an Extra Care setting. You will assess needs and risks, review individual services, and supervise care workers to ensure personalised, respectful care for tenants.

The role is full-time and permanent, based at SG14 1RL. You will lead a small team, drive service excellence, and contribute to continued staff development and training within City & County Healthcare Group.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out needs and risk assessments and developing person-centred plans of care delivery for, and in partnership with, individual tenants and their careers.
• Experience in leading a team including shadowing, supervising, instructing and supporting care workers in the Extra Care scheme.

Salary: £27,924.96

Full Time - Permanent

If you are passionate about supporting the delivery of the highest quality care support services by carrying out a range of functions, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers then we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

You need experience in carrying out needs and risk assessments and developing person-centred plans of care delivery for, and in partnership with, individual tenants and their careers. Also experience in leading a team including shadowing, supervising, instructing and supporting care workers in the Extra Care scheme.
