Hales Homecare in Loughton is seeking Extra Care Assistants to provide on-site support within an extra care setting. No experience is required as full paid training is provided.

You will assist with personal care, support with medications, prepare nutritious meals, help with shopping and light tasks, and offer companionship and emotional support. We also provide extensive benefits, flexible hours, paid training, and clear progression routes to senior roles.

Qualifications

• Funded qualifications & apprenticeships.

We are looking for Extra Care Assistants to join our established team providing on-site support within an extra care setting in Loughton (IG10 2RD).

Your duties

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting with medication
• Preparing nutritious meals
• Helping with shopping and light household tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support
