Job summary

Regional Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a National Electrical Wholesaler for an External Sales Manager at the Coventry branch. The successful candidate will have experience in electrical wholesale or manufacturing and will drive growth in the local area.

You will identify new business, manage key accounts, present samples, and build lasting relationships. The role is Monday–Friday with some Saturday work, includes on-target bonus and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical Wholesale or related sector
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in developing and managing accounts

Responsibilities

• Grow and increase sales in the branch area
• Develop and expand new and existing business accounts
• Build strong customer relationships to maximise account potential
• Handle objections and rejection calmly, persisting to close deals
• Work with the team to maintain high standards of business performance
