Job summary

Professional Construction Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced External Facade Foreman to join a major infrastructure project in Friston. You will lead facade installation teams, ensure adherence to drawings, specs and safety standards, and coordinate with subcontractors on site.

The role requires strong knowledge of exterior facade and cladding systems, steelwork experience, reading technical drawings, and ability to deliver works to programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as External Facade Foreman on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of external facade systems and cladding installation.
• Steelwork experience is essential.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating site teams, subcontractors and daily activities.
• Solid understanding of health and safety, quality control, and installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise facade installation on site to ensure quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to deliver works on programme.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications and enforce project standards.
• Monitor safety, QC, and installation procedures on the facade scope.

We are currently seeking an experienced External Facade Foreman to join a large-scale infrastructure project in Friston.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of external facade and cladding systems, with proven experience supervising facade installation on major construction projects.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an External Facade Foreman on large-scale projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of external facade systems and cladding installation.
• Steelwork experience essential.
• Experience with internal works and slab interfaces.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating site teams, subcontractors and daily work activities.
• Strong understanding of health and safety, quality control and installation standards.
• Ability to manage progress and ensure works are delivered to programme.
