Job summary

Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Facades Site Manager for Manchester or Liverpool. The role focuses on managing facade and roof works on large projects, ensuring installation of cladding, windows and curtain walling runs to programme and budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will oversee trades teams, manage subcontractors and deliver multiple schemes with multi-million-pound values, reporting to the site management team.

My client is a leading Tier one main contractor that, due to several large projects wins they are looking for a Facades Site Manager. The Facades Site manager they are looking for will ideally have worked for a main building contractor. My client has several multi-million- schemes, that they are looking to strengthen their Site management teams on.

As Facades Manager you will have previously worked managing the facades on a project. Part of the Site management team delivering any schemes over 10million. As a Facades Site manager, you will be responsible to manage site teams of trades of labour on large fast-moving projects. Ensuring all site activity specifically for the Facades and cladding is running programme and planning.

We are looking for a committed Facade Manager who will bring energy, new ideas and a fresh perspective to a well-established, experienced Team within an industry leading construction business. • Manage facade and roof works on a large single project or multiple smaller projects.
• Management of the installation of cladding, windows, curtain walling and roofing systems in respect of HSE, quality, programme and resources. Key requirements are good communication (verbal and written) and teamwork skills.
• You will have a SMSTS, CSCS Card, IPAF MEWPS For Managers.
• Have a real passion for the role and want to deliver exceptionally, the places where we live, learn, work, play, care and protect.
• With a proven track record of successful delivery, projects finishing to time and to budget. You will have experience of managing subcontract packages.

This role may require eligibility for the level of security clearance applicable to the relevant project (minimum BPSS) is appropriate.
