The ideal candidate will have extensive cladding knowledge, strong supervisory skills and proven experience working on large-scale construction projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cladding Foreman on major construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of cladding systems and installation.
• Steelwork experience essential.
• Experience with internal works and slab interfaces.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Good understanding of site health and safety, quality control and project programmes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
