Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking an Internal Audit Analyst to support audits across markets, helping the business understand risk and strengthen control culture. The role requires practical business insight from veterinary operations and close collaboration with stakeholders across clinics, hospitals and support functions.

You will travel about 10–15% of the role, attend the monthly Keynsham office day, and contribute to planning, fieldwork and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary operations or clinical environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of how clinics/hospitals operate in practice.
• Compliance-minded with interest in risk, governance and process improvement.
• Ability to review information objectively, ask good questions and identify issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, delivery and completion of Internal Audit reviews across markets.
• Assist with audit fieldwork, including process walkthroughs and evidence gathering.
• Identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities to improve ways of working.
• Prepare clear audit outputs: working papers, findings and draft actions.
• Work with management to agree practical actions addressing findings.
• Travel ~10–15% and attend monthly Keynsham office day; promote a positive control culture.
