Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking an Internal Audit Analyst to support planning, delivery and completion of audits across markets and programmes. You will work with clinics, operations and Group functions, applying practical risk insight to strengthen controls and drive improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, with travel and monthly office days in Keynsham. A strong compliance mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in internal audit, risk, governance or controls.
• Understanding how clinics, hospitals or operational teams work in practice.
• Compliance mindset with focus on risk and process improvement.
• Ability to review information objectively and identify control gaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication with practical explanations.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Willingness to travel ~10–15% and attend Keynsham office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and complete Internal Audit reviews across markets, functions and programmes.
• Assist with audit fieldwork: walkthroughs, evidence gathering, testing and documentation.
• Identify risks, control gaps and process weaknesses; propose practical actions.
• Prepare clear, evidence-based outputs: findings, actions and draft reports.
• Coordinate with management to agree proportionate actions addressing findings.
• Track audit actions through to completion and escalate delays as needed.
• Promote a positive control culture and operational insights within audit work.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation per methodology and standards.
• Travel to various IVC Evidensia locations ~10–15%; attend Keynsham monthly.
