ALS Recruiting Ltd is seeking an AOG Specialist - Express / Time Critical Coordinator at Heathrow, Greater London. You will manage customer shipments from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional service.

Key duties include coordinating express shipments, processing orders, handling CDS/ASM clearances, communicating with customers and transport providers, and maintaining KPIs. The role requires proactive problem solving and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, express or time-critical operations.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate express and time-critical shipments from start to finish.
• Process orders, create job records and manage all relevant paperwork.
• Manage import and export clearances using CDS / ASM.
• Communicate with customers, hauliers, co-loaders and transport providers.
• Resolve operational issues and customer queries quickly and effectively.
• Monitor and maintain customer KPIs and service levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Support operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
