Job summary

ALS Recruiting Ltd is seeking an experienced AOG Specialist - Express / Time Critical Coordinator to join our team at Heathrow, Greater London. The role focuses on managing customer shipments end-to-end, ensuring top-level service and smooth daily operations.

Key duties include coordinating time-critical shipments, processing orders, handling CDS/ASM clearances, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, express or time-critical operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to work under pressure.
• Confident using IT systems, particularly Excel and CRM systems.
• Experience with CDS/ASM would be advantageous.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of profitability and customer retention.
• Professional, proactive and able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

AOG Specialist - Express / Time Critical Coordinator

Location: Heathrow, Greater London

Salary: 40,000+

Hours: 4 on / 4 off - 7am to 7pm
