Job summary

White Recruitment Construction in Feltham is seeking an experienced Express / Time-Critical Coordinator to join a busy international logistics operation on a permanent night-shift basis. You will coordinate express shipments end-to-end, ensuring orders are processed accurately, on time and in compliance.

The role requires strong customs knowledge (CDS, BoxTop, AOG Express) and a proactive approach to managing delays, liaising with customers and transport providers, and supporting continuous

Qualifications

• Experience in express logistics, freight forwarding or time-critical transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and compliance.
• Experience with CDS and BoxTop systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating express and time-critical shipments from start to finish.
• Processing orders and creating shipments using BoxTop.
• Managing import and export customs clearances via CDS.
• Ensuring customs and shipping documentation is completed accurately.
• Working with road hauliers, co-loaders and transport providers.
• Liaising with customers to provide updates and resolve queries.
• Monitoring shipments and proactively addressing delays or service issues.
• Collaborating with warehouse and operations teams to process shipments efficiently.
• Monitoring customer KPIs and maintaining service levels.
• Supporting internal customs audits and compliance checks.
• Assisting with invoicing and ensuring jobs are recorded accurately.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce operational costs.
