Culina Logistics in Haverhill is recruiting an Export Administrator on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Stock and Admin department.

You will collate and process export documentation, obtain export clearances, and liaise with clients and customer service, with working hours 07:00–19:00 on a 4-on-4-off pattern. Salary is £28,199.84 per annum.

Role includes stock reporting, investigation of discrepancies, returns processing and general administration duties across the network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an Administration role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Planning and organising skills, high level of numeracy.
• Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
• Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
• Able to work effectively and communicate to the correct level.
• Be professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation.

Responsibilities

• Collating and processing export documentation.
• Obtaining export clearances.
• Liaison with Clients and Customer Service.
• General administration paperwork filing.
• Other duties as reasonably required.
• Providing cover for Stock and Administration department when required: creating and distributing stock reports, processing stock queries, investigating discrepancies, processing returns and inter depot cross documents, stocking system transactions and maintaining records.
