Job summary

Culina Group is seeking an Export Administrator at our Crick site to manage orders from initial documentation through to delivery and customer acceptance. You will handle export paperwork, liaise with warehouse and clients, and ensure accurate stock records and on-time shipments.

Key duties include preparing export quotations, responding to inquiries, and producing transport documents. We value excellent communication, strong customer service, and MS Office proficiency in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• Experience in export or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail."

Responsibilities

• Process orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and customer acceptance.
• Prepare and review all export shipping documentation.
• Liaise with warehouse, transport staff and clients to ensure accurate stock records and timely shipments.
• Handle export declarations and related licensing as required.
• Provide aftersales support and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
