Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit aExport Sales Co-ordinator to join ourteam based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.You will join us on a permanentbasis andin return, you will receive a competitive salaryplus benefits.

The Company

Would you like to work for one of the UK’s leading hand, power tool, and equipment distributors? Established since 1978, Sealey are the preferred choice for the trade within the automotive, agricultural, motorcycle, industrial and engineering market sectors.

Responsibilities as our Export Sales Co-ordinator will include:

  • Assisting our global network of distributors with their daily queries, quotations, export orders and international shipments.
  • Co-ordinating consignment handling via a dedicated export despatch team.
  • Working closely with freight forwarding companies to ensure that customer expectations are met and that all documentation is correctly presented.
  • Support Export Account Managers with quotations.
  • Get involved in a wider variety of export activities as the role progresses.
  • General Export administration tasks.

What we’re looking for in our Export Sales Co-ordinator :

  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Previous experience working in an Export based administration role
  • A sound understanding of international shipping terms and customs clearance documentation/processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers and colleagues
  • The ability to work without direct supervision, yet still be a team player
  • To be highly organised, efficient and adaptable to change
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Computer literacy, including experience of in-house computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
