Job Description:

We're looking for an Area Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to support our GMS across 13 pubs in Norwich, Cambridge, and the North Norfolk coast. The successful candidate will report to an Operations Manager and work closely with General Managers & Service Masters to implement sales and marketing initiatives, including:

• Innovation and implementation of key sales drivers at pub level
• Focused marketing for Capex projects (where applicable)
• Seasonal marketing aligned with product focuses—premium packages, offers, collateral, internal messaging, and merchandising
• Optimisation of reservation systems, websites, mailers, social media, and third-party platforms
• Enhancing customer service, enquiry responses, and online review management

This is a field-based role involving travel to sites with reimbursed expenses.
