Job summary

Warrens in Crick is seeking an Export Administrator to join our friendly team on a full-time permanent basis. You will manage orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery, including licence/export paperwork and invoicing, while ensuring productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction.

Working hours are 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm, with a salary of £29,823 per year. The role involves coordinating transport, handling shipping docs, and maintaining stock records, plus delivering aftersales

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in Export and a high-level Administrative role.
• Ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
• Excellent reporting skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Preparing export quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Dealing with all Distributor’s and Customer’s enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Arranging transport delivery and monitoring all shipments.
• Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export.
• Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Providing aftersales support to customers.
• Handling customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email.
• Produce all necessary transport documents.
• Complete Export Customs declarations.
• Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships.
• Liaising with warehouse, transport staff, and customers to maintain accurate stock records.]
