Right Now Group are recruiting for an exciting and rare opportunity. We are looking for an Export Operations Coordinator.

You will be joining a medium sized Freight Forwarder that specialise in live events and broadcasting goods. You will be responsible for managing end to end exports. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Export Operations.

Duties of an Export Operations Coordinator:

1. Coordinate the movement of goods and materials
2. Ensure efficient and smooth transportation
3. Oversee the logistics involved in shipping and receiving freight
4. Coordinate with carriers and suppliers
5. Track shipments in transit resolving any issues that may arise
6. Manage documentation such as bills of lading & customs paperwork
7. Provide quotes to customers
8. Provide a high level of customer service
9. Chase for post flights and PODs

Requirements of an Export Operations Coordinator:

1. Minimum of 1 years' experience in Export Operations
2. Knowledge of customs procedures including Carnet clearance
3. Proficient experience with CDS Clearance
4. Ability to perform all Export operations including cutting AWBs and liaising with airlines
5. Full, Clean driving license Required
6. Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
7. Knowledge of ASM Customs System is desirable

Additional Information:

1. Salary: £30,000 - £43,000
2. Hours: Mon-Fri / 09:00-17:30 (some out of hour's work required, Will be Paid)
3. Location: Heathrow
