Job summary

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA is seeking an Inside Sales Executive for the East Med and North Africa region. The role is full-time and permanent, focused on developing and maintaining business via multiple communication channels in a fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships with customers and internal teams, drive quotations to convert into bookings, and contribute to revenue targets. The role offers learning opportunities and a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and meet targets by developing closer customer relationships.
• Develop new and existing business from pricing enquiries and secure bookings.
• Follow up quotations across channels until bookings and repeat business are secured.
• Retain and grow accounts, researching and developing opportunities to boost revenue.
• Ensure quotations are processed timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams and MSC Geneva for full support of Trade.
• Spend time learning about customers and systems; exercise autonomy to make commercial decisions.
