Live Recruitment is seeking an Event Creative Director for an ambitious experiential agency. You will lead creative direction across festivals, activations and interior installations, ensuring quality and commercial viability in a hands-on production environment.

Based on-site in the UK with travel across Europe and the Middle East, you will collaborate with producers and designers, shaping standards as the business expands into theme parks and new markets.

Qualifikationen

• Strong track record of creative leadership across events, activations or interior installations.
• Ability to raise design quality while maintaining production timelines.
• Comfort working hands-on in factory/production environments.

• Quality-check design output across live event and permanent build projects
• Lead creative direction across festivals, activations and bespoke interior installations
• Work closely with creative producers and interior design pods day to day
• Ensure design concepts are commercially viable and deliverable at pace
• Shape creative standards as the business enters theme park and European markets
• Operate hands-on in a fast-paced factory and warehouse environment
